There are of course more natural therapies which people may opt for. However just because they are ‘natural’ it’s important to understand they too can have side effects if taken incorrectly.

The Use of Anti-Inflammatory Supplements

With the understanding of how significant inflammation affects our health the need to convert that knowledge into action with the use of anti-inflammatory-remedy treatment is a priority.

In the last few years, inflammation has been identified as a root cause of many chronic diseases, below is a list of some of the new and existing anti-inflammatory-remedy  treatments you can use whether you are suffering from, colitis, arthritis, hepatitis, prostatitis, vaginitis, irritable bowel syndrome, endometriosis, encephalitis, rhinitis, retinitis, chronic fatigue syndrome etc. The list is really endless because our lifestyles, diets and approach to our wellbeing throughout is quite the opposite of what we should be doing which is to preserve our health.

Naturally most people are unaware of the consequences, because bad habits developed over years are  quite hard to break for anyone and many of us never question the impact these factors have on our lives until it’s too late.

What it means to all of us is to understand the effect chronic inflammation is having on each of us and while we may be treating some of the symptoms we often ignore the cause and so on we go round the mery go round never getting to the root cause to many of the problems we have.

Here are some  anti-inflammatory-remedy  treatments which have worked extraordinarily well for many.I hope you take the opportunity to consider trying one  anti-inflammatory remedy to help you.

Astaxanthin: is a seafood component extracted from algae which provide three unusual health benefits: Preventing sunburn, eliminating cataracts and helping with macular degeneration Astaxanthin is classified as a xanthophyll (originally derived from a word meaning "yellow leaves". It also works extremely effectively as an anti-inflammatory-remedy.

It is found in micro-algae, yeast, salmon, trout, krill, shrimp, crayfish, crustaceans, and the feathers of some birds. It provides the red color of salmon meat and the red color of cooked shellfish. It is an anti-oxidant and is beneficial in cardiovascular, immune, inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases. It is a very effective anti-inflammatory-remedy.

Serranol is a newer product found to have outstanding anti-inflammatory remedial and neuro-protective properties. It contains a special form of curcumin called BCM-95.

While curcumin holds huge promise as an anti-inflammatory, remedy. The human body does not readily absorb curcumin into its system, however BCM-5 ( an extract of curcumin) has shown to be several times better absorbed by the human body than normal curcumin (the active principle in the Indian curry spice turmeric).Curcumin’s has cancer-fighting properties which work as anticancer agents.

According to a recent research there is sufficient evidence for full scale clinical trials of curcumin in the treatment of forms of cancer, hypertension, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, muscle weakness, and diabetes.

Nearly all patients with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis tend to be deficient in vitamin so by optimizing vitamin D levels, with supplements or sunlight, is recommended as an essential part of treating this condition.Serranol has a good component of it containing Vitamin D.So by the use of these-anti-inflammatory-remedies many have found relief.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)-Sulphur

MSM has the ability to neutralize, eliminate or reduce inflammation. It also can break down the calcification that is associated with later-stage or chronic states of hardening in your arteries (known as plaque).

MSM turns such calcified deposits into calcium sulphate to be excreted, as described in the chemical model. The dosage maybe 2,500 mg per day with gradual increments to 5,000-7500mg per day. This can be used as a remedy for rheumatoidarthritis. It’s important to appreciate if you’re allergic to sulfa drugs not to consider another supplement.

MSM is not a drug however. It is a natural compound that exists in all trees and many plants. MSM is highly concentrated in Aloe Vera, for example, so you can also use natural aloe Vera products that contain MSM. As with most supplements, quality is a concern when it comes to MSM. Consider using tree-derived form.

Vitamin C

A tremendous antioxidant, vitamin C is also anti-inflammatory, and is vital for rebuilding collagen and connective tissue. Take your MSM and vitamin C together if possible.

Mangosteen rind is a further superior antioxidant with anti-inflammatory-remedy properties. The rind of mangosteen has been used in traditional medicinal systems in Southeast Asia, all the way into Indonesia, since the beginning of recorded history. Interestingly, it specifically treats the pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

Serrapeptase is a naturally occuring enzyme, to reduce pain & is a powerful anti-inflammatory-remedy which has used for over 30 years in Europe & Asia, with none of the dangerous side effects of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS) like , Ibuprofen.

Any condition caused by inflammation may benefit including arthritis, headaches, fibromyalgia, varicose veins.

Scientific literature & clinical studies have shown Serrapeptase is more effective than other proteolytic enzymes as an anti-inflammatory-remedy.

Proteolytic enzymes or protease are enzymes used to digest complete proteins in meat. They are used primarily for a multitude of healing jobs in the body.

These enzymes roam about the blood stream seeking out hard protein, fibrin surfaces, scar tissue, granuloma,(A granuloma is therefore a special type of inflammation which occurs in a wide variety of diseases even cancer cells which have tough exetrior coatings to needed break down.

It is a very effective anti-inflammatory-remedy to improve your cardiovascular health. It can be used alongside medication, during pregnancy and is safe for children and pets.

Corn silk: Gathered from the silky, hair-like threads of the corn stalk, corn silk has been a remedy for urinary infections for so long that even the ancient Incas once used it. Cornsilk may have a soothing effect on the urinary tract.

Horsetail: This relative of the fern descends from gigantic plants that existed some 400 million years ago. Horsetail acts as a diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. It's been used to treat kidney and bladder stones, urinary tract infections, and incontinence, although there isn't much research to prove its effectiveness in humans. The fact it works as an anti-inflammatory is probably its most effective weapon against incontinence. Definitely worth a try .

Saw Palmetto: Several studies have focused on Saw Palmetto for urinary symptoms, particularly in men who have an enlarged prostate gland. Doctors aren't exactly sure how saw palmetto works, but they say its benefits might have something to do with its ability to fight inflammation, as well as its effects on testosterone levels (which affect prostate growth). Again its anti-inflammatory qualities are worth considering for this alone.

Cleavers: This herb gets its name from the small hooked hairs on its leaves that cause it to "cleave" -- or attach to -- anything that touches it. Cleavers is an ingredient in herbal remedies for treating urinary problems, in part because of its diuretic effect. It also acts as a soothing coating along the inside of the bladder wall that may protect against irritation -- one cause of overactive bladder, Espinosa says.

Buchu (Barosma betulina): South Africans have used preparations made from the buchu plant for hundreds of years to treat a number of different ailments, including bladder and kidney infections. The secret behind this medicinal plant likely lies in its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and diuretic properties. Buchu remedies may act like tonics to improve the overall health of the urinary system, according to Espinosa. "They nourish the bladder tissue -- make it healthier, suppler," he says.

Gosha-jink-gan One of the best-studied herbal remedies for bladder problems is gosha-jinki-gan, made from a combination of several different herbs.Research shows gosha-jinki-gan can improve urinary urgency, frequency, nighttime urination, and quality of life in both men and women with overactive bladder.

It is believed the herbal supplement increases bladder capacity and reduces the number of bladder contractions through its effects on the nervous system.

This is an effective product to use but generally not widely available.
